Breverns, I just learned today that we lost a prolific contributor of appliantological wisdom and our friend, Terry Carmen, after succumbing to brain cancer. May God grant him a peaceful repose and comfort to those he left behind, especially his wife, Stephanie. Here is his obituary: https://www.sisskindfuneralservice.com/home/display.php?id=3286

Some part of Terry will live on here at Appliantology with his many posts helping other techs. I will especially miss his wit and humor. Rest in peace, Terry!

Oh man, as we find ourselves saying often in this line of work, they don't make em like they used to!  A true direct drive washer of a guy. Eventually that day comes that you can't keep it going and have to get a new one though. Next time you lift a toast pour some out for the dead homies.

Rest in Peace Terry. He had been so helpful and kind and concerned with helping others. Terry helped me several times when I was desperate for answers in appliance repair . You could feel the honest concern to help you and share his knowledge with you.  I didn’t know Terry long I will surely miss him as I know other people will also . You are surely missed. Thanks for all your help Terry . We love you man
