GE Monogram Dual Fuel ZDP304NP5SS Range. Electronic Display, Oven and Oven Lights Dead after Power Surge.

Hi all....need help please?
GE Monogram Dual Fuel ZDP304NP5SS Range. We suffered a power outage and surge strong enough to trip the 240V breaker to the range. After breaker reset, the burners all ignite and work but the digital oven control readout and all the oven functions including the oven lights are dead. Both legs of the breaker are good at the breaker panel. I still need to check the 240v receptacle and terminal strip for 240v at the rear of the range.
It seems like only 120V is working and operating the igniters and the LED knob lights ok. I think everything else needs both L1 and L2 for 240V and I guess that one leg of the 240V is disrupted somewhere. I have the service manual and there is no indication of an internal fuse and the TSM is not direct about showing the full circuit flow from start to finish. UGH!

Digital control board? Relay board? Encoder board?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
