Recently the washer will not spin. If "Drain and spin" cycle is selected, the washer drains the water, spins on low rpm for about 2 min., then time switches to 32 min and will with water and runs a wash like cycle. The LED shows "Spin". The clothes are wet at the end. No error codes. All tests pass, including spin. During the spin test the motor reaches normal (Hi RPM) speed.
