Miele unfortunately no longer provides complete service manuals (that I can find) -- everything is now piecemeal. Here's the schematic -- let me know if there's any specific error code/disassembly info you need.

That’s really unfortunate.

 

I have a call coming up where the complaint is “unsatisfactory washing results”.

I was hoping to run the “Service Mode” and check for errors/test the loads. 
If it’s possible to find the Service Mode instructions, that would be helpful.
