Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): YES
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): YES

Call on this range tomorrow. Customer stated that they are getting 200 error code. Says they have replaced both oven temp sensors. They say they are not having any issues with cooktop. They told me this is their model number CHS995SEL1SS . Trying to get them to send a picture of tag but no picture yet. 

Only found one document on Appliantology regarding oven elements shutting off prematurely.
