We are just replacing the board.  We need the personality code for the new board.  The original board is part # WB27X29497.

We are attempting to get the personality code out of the old board.  The old board has a failed relay. We need to get into programming mode, should be the same as service mode.  Or we need the personality code for the board.

I'm not finding anything like that on this one -- does anyone have the instructions to program the board for this model?
