Samsung front load washer model wf330anwxaa 02

Prob 10 years old was here when I bought the house. Strange clicking/grinding noise on spin, video below at 10 seconds shows it quite clearly.

Have read it could be the drum support spider (?) or a bearing which was my first thought, but looking to verify before ordering parts and throwing $$ at it. Ideally looking for a specific part (and part#).

10 sec mark in video clearly illustrates the sound. Appreciate any input, thank you.

So it's hard to tell what that noise is, at least through the headphones in my laptop. That being said, if you're going to split the tub, I would replace the rear tub assembly and the basket and arm assembly. But quite honestly it would cost you just as much to replace it. It's definitely a learning experience and I'll help if you want to give it a go, but know that there will be gnashing of teeth and wallowing in sackcloth because it says Samsung on it.

Thank you. Yes was looking at the 2 bearings on the tub and the spider arm assembly, was hoping it was just the bearings but if one tears apart to get in there, maybe best to replace all of it.

A wondering is about replacing the 4 little shock absorbers on the tub. They seem fine, but if one tears it apart, wondering if its best to simply replace as machine is not brand new.

Thanks again.

see no way to edit the post above.

spider arm assembly - the washer flange shaft bolted onto the back of the tub the bearings ride on.
