 At the end of the cycle the hot dry light is flashing and dishes are not dry.  During the dry cycle the air coming out the vent is not as hot as it used to be  I pulled the dishwasher out and tested both heating element and thermostat for continuity and both checked as closed so both seem  ok. any advice would be gratefully appreciated  

i used to have a wiring diagram and diagnostic instructions to test the cycles but I can’t find them  if anyone can point me to a source that would be great
