Please provide information on how to remove the Hub Vevturi Assembly without destroying it.

Thank you.

The dishwasher in question is a QuietPower 1, not a Triton.  There is no power tower.  The lower spray arm has a large disk on top of it.  John

Quietpower just refers to the motor. Your reference to "venturi and hub" threw me because that's only referenced in the manual linked above.

This is the manual you need: http://download.xdrive.com/s/607628618z6wxTdXcBh2BVgf27bx&partner=plus

Look on page 22.

And here's an exploded diagram: http://tinyurl.com/ydurpk

The manual that you provided is not the correct one for the dishwasher model in question however, it is similiar.  The part I have questions about is number 450 on the diagram provided and is called the Hub Venturi Asm.  I still cannot figure out how to remove it without destroying it.  Thanks, John

Interesting: the original part number for that piece is WD18X10009 But is subs over to WD12X10057. And it looks like this:

Were you able to remove the upper spray arm supply hose?

Ok, here's your *real* manual-- I was just testing you with the other two. Good job!

It's definitely the manual for yours, shows the same part in diagram on page 36. Page 19 talks about removal.

Yes, I was able to remove the upper spray arm supply hose (main conduit, item number 585).

Did the latest manual I posted help?

The last manual you sent was not the right manual for the model number in question.  The subject dishwasher only has two spray arms, no sound insulation and no digital display.  I am guessing that the HUB VENTURY ASSEMBLY, Item No. 450, is press fitted into the connector, pump assembly item no. 455.  I am afraid of breaking it if I try and pry it out.  Is there an easy way to remove it?  Neither manual you sent me has any information on how to remove the HUB VENTURI ASSEMBLY.  Thanks for the manuals they will unoubtly come in handy in the future.
