Hello, 

Looking for a service manual. Customer complaint: no ice, no water. Customer has already tried changing water filter. 

Saw old posts about possibly crossing to an LFD21860* or LFD25860* , but other than a service bulletin for melted light bulb housing only found dead links and PMs for those service manuals.

Are these manuals still available?
