I have seen previous manual requests for this model where the mini manual was provided and also a more comprehensive “Technical Service Guide”. The problem is that the Technical Service Guide provided in the past is not for this exact model which starts with CGS980. I’m trying to get instructions on how to access the door hinge springs. I have not yet figured out how to take off the Right & Left “slide & bearing assemblies” for the lower oven drawer which I believe have to first be removed  in order for me to be able to pull off the inner panels and expose the hinge spring assemblies. Any help appreciated! Thank you!

It does not look like GE has provided a service guide for your specific model. The closest I can find is this one, which I am guessing is the one you have already looked at.
