Looking for Midea MRF29D6AST tech sheet or service information; fresh food compartment not cooling well

Hi there. I am looking to see if anyone can provide some tech info for my parent’s refrigerator. Fairly new model.

I would like to check performance of airflow in FF compartment. The fresh food temps are around 50-55 degrees but freezer food itemp is about -10 degrees.

Anyone have some helpful information? Thanks.

I did verify that model number is in fact printed on manufacturer’s label.

Not much info on Midea stuff out there but that is definitely too warm for the refrigerator section. First, how are you measuring the temp? The best/most accurate way is to temp something like a jar of pickles or put a glass of water in the refrig section and check the temp of that and not just the airflow.

If the warm temp is verified but the freezer is at -10, then there are several things could be an issue. I don't work on Midea but there has to be an air damper or airflow control somewhere in the refrigerator section that lets cold air from the freezer into the fresh food section.  Make sure the damper is letting cold air through. I don't know anything about these units but there could be a bad temp sensor that is fooling the control into thinking it's colder than it really is, or a bad fan motor, or damper control, or ice build up in the damper or duct channel, or any number of other possibilities. Honestly, I'd suggest contacting the dealer or looking online for a Midea authorized servicer in your area and contact them for service.
