Dryer is not working. Display will turn on and you can choose settings but when you hold to start it will attempt to run and immediately shutoff, while making a buzzing sound. This lasts 3 seconds. Then it goes back to picking out settings. No error codes. If I attempt to run diagnostic mode it will also make the same buzzing sound and stop the diagnostic mode.

Does the drum turn freely by hand? There are a few reasons this might happen. Something stuck in the blower or a bad motor come to mind.

Yes, I can turn it by hand. Is there a way to verify if the motor is bad? I'll take it apart and check the blower. Thank you.

I think someone on here recently had a problem with this model where the motor was bad and apparently it was even changed before under warranty. Sounds like these models have an issue with the motor.

Tape the door switch shut, push start and while it's humming try and spin the drum by hand. If it starts turning, you've got a bad start winding in the motor.
