I need the service manual and some tip, I have this dishwasher randomly throws check water supply error on the display but could not duplicate the problem.

 

Per the home owner when they run the unit during the “evening” it will throw the code randomly.  It happens almost mid to end of cycle when the code come up.  They said there’s water in the tub and when they restart the unit works.  I’ve tested the unit but unable to duplicate the problem, they have two of these dishwasher and only I one throws the error.  Am i looking at an erratic valve?  Based on the test it fills fine drains fine and washes fine.  Unit does not have an air gap and hose is not looped which i will be taking care of.  Has anyone come across this issue?
