Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Possible FZ evaporator fan failure. It’s not hitting ice.  I believe all components are located on the top of the FZ compartment. I haven’t done a repair on this type of refrigerator. Single door,  bottom mount freezer.It must be pre 2007, GESmartHQ does not have the manuals. Thanks Captain

Captain the evaporator and fan might be below the floor of FF compartment in the area between the FZ compartment and the FF. I can hear the Evaporator fan equally in both compartments. Odd.

Those can be nightmares. Make sure the drain is clear and tilt the front legs up higher to give the defrost water a more of a chance to get out of the freezer before going back into the cooling mode!
