Whirlpool refrigerator bottom freezer (Model GB2FHDXWB02) fridge warm freezer cold

So yesterday I moved my refrigerator to paint behind it.  I didn't unplug it or anything, just moved it forward so I could get behind it and then pushed it back.  This morning the fridge was warm (about 60 degrees pretty close to room temp).  I think the fridge is about 14 years old.  The last time this happened, maybe 6 months ago I vacuumed the coils and it seemed to fix it.  The coils don't look bad this time.  

I replaced the control board a few years ago.   Someone suggested replacing the wiring harness and defrost thermostat at one point.  It looks like that part (WPW10290745) can range from $65 - $200. Given the age of the appliance, is it worth it to try to replace that?

Given the age of your Whirlpool (14 years), it's right on the edge of what’s worth throwing parts at. If the freezer’s cold but the fridge is warm, it’s likely an airflow issue—either a failed evaporator fan, blocked vent, or defrost system problem (frost buildup blocking air to the fridge). The defrost thermostat and wiring harness (WPW10290745) could be the culprit, but at $65–$200, you’re gambling on a maybe. Before spending that, check if the evaporator fan is running and make sure there’s no ice buildup blocking vents. If the fan’s dead or there's frost, it might be worth replacing the part—but only if you're comfortable with DIY. Otherwise, you’re better off putting that money toward a new unit.

Thank you for the reply.  I emptied out the fridge and then just tried turning up the cold setting.  That seemed to get it out of its funk.  Went from 60 degrees to 35.  Hopefully it will play nice from now on.
