Frigidaire FFHT2022AS Cooling issues, loud, hot mullion.

Have a Frigidaire FFHT2022AS. Lately has been quite loud. Noticed cooling not great in freezer with many things in freezer not staying frozen. Also noticed mullion (bar between top freezer and bottom fridge) was VERY hot. Already removed rear panel to access compressor / coil area to see if it was dirty. I was not. The coils were clean, and the fan was running and pushing good amount of air. Compressor was making noise. Checked panel inside freezer to access fan and evaporator coil, fan was pushing air and the coil did not appear to have any major ice buildup besides just light light frost.

Air flow in freezer is good, airflow into fridge below is very low. Cannot seem to see any ice build up anywhere. I read via a FB group that someone said there may be a tech bulletin about the defrost timer, curious if this is related. As of now, unit appears to be on quite often and louder than normal and not holding a great temp, mullion extremely hot.

Of course unit is 1 month out of it's 1 year warranty. Looking for help! :)
