Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Looking for support on a Forno range model # FFSGS6244-48. I’ve already reached out to the company directly by calling and emailing them. Waiting on response. I figured while I wait I may as well stop in and ask for help from the community. I suspect Forno is tight with their tech sheets as well as part sales. Went to customers house to fix two burners that weren’t producing a flame. Got one going, the other is a dual burner that I’ve never seen before. Can’t find parts through my usual distributors. Thanks!
