I need to initiate force defrost cycle in freezer. Any help highly appreciated

There is some additional information.

There is a bulletin to relocated the evaporator sensor. Original location was to low on the evaporator causing incomplete defrost. Liebherr had this issue for several years. You don’t want to remove the old sensor, just cut the harness and leave it in the evaporator. Messing with the evaporator isn’t fun and it’ll make you never want to touch it again. Very sketchy.
