Whirlpool WiFi oven stuck in a continuous child lock cycle

Needing a repair manual for this Whirlpool oven. The child lock will unlock, but when you go to either skip setting the clock, and date, or try to set it, the control goes back to child lock. This happened after a power outage.  It is a WiFi model, older customer that never set up the WiFi, or Whirlpool app.
