It's one of their cooktops with the dual-ring burners. Hoping service manual helps with troubleshooting 1 of the inner rings where the gas output doesn't flow out properly unless you have the center burner cap offskew and you get a terrible flame output. Outer ring is fine. Sparks perfectly fine.

It's a new burner base so it doesn't have dirt but not a new burner cap. Standard manual doesn't show how to adjust the gas flow on these dual ring (2 valve?) burners. Thanks.
