i'm new to this forum hello everyone  i have a amana bx21vw refrigerator lights are on when plugged in thats it no fan no compressor   run capacitor 15nf fan has continuity any help would be great

So lights are on but nobody's home?

If the lights are on but no compressor, no condenser fan, and no evap (freezer) fan, the first thing I'd check would be the cold control thermostat in the top front of the freezer compartment. That thermostat runs the whole unit and if the contacts are not closing the unit will have lights but nothing else. If that part is bad, the part number is W10752646. 

The other issue could be the defrost timer could be stuck in defrost mode. You can manually turn the timer knob to advance it out of defrost. The defrost timer is located at the bottom right front of the unit behind the toe kick grill. That part number is R0131577.
