Having ONE of three broken will let the washer walk out of the house...LOL...change all three,  lift up carefully on each of the corners of the triangle slide plate one corner at a time, pry the bad ones up and off and pop the new ones into place..careful to not damage the slide plate corners..

Thanks Pegi! The local appliance parts store had the three pack, so I went ahead and replaced them, the whole machine is rock solid stable on spin cycle now. Amazing how something that small was making such a big deal.
