The touch panel on this washer is completely dead.  No beeps, no lights, nothing.  When the start-run switch is pushed up to start there is a slight buzz in the console but there is no fill or anything else.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thank you.  John

I wonder if the engineers who spec'd out this control board ever got fired.  Probably not.  

You'll need to see if you're getting power supplied to that over-blown control board. Use the wiring diagram/tech sheet to identify which leads power comes in on.  If you are, then you have a bad control board by definition.

If anyone can provide a wiring diagram for the subject washer  I would greatly appreciate it.  Thank you.  JOhn

The tech sheet should be inside the console.  If not, then someone stole it and either you or the customer will need to purchase a replacement from S***s.
