Any chance we could get the service manual for the Miele W9840 washer up on the Xdrive?

Everything I have for Miele is already uploaded to the Xdrive.  What's up there now is the entire contents of the the service CD that Miele handed out at training last summer.  

Are you sure about that model number?

Doh.. you're right, I did get the model number wrong. Extra wrong.

The correct model number is W4840. Doesn't surprise me that it wasn't on the CD - this is the brand new 120V washer which was just released a few months ago. It wasn't out last summer yet.

It's on order, so I can post the full nameplate info when it arrives.

Perel, I've sent links to the service manuals for both the new washer and the new dryer to your gmail account.

Have you been able to access the Xdrive ok?  I just found out that Xdrive has changed its access policy and now requires an AOL address to log in.  If you can't access the Xdrive, get a free AOL account, let me know what it is, and I'll send you a new access link to your AOL account.  You would then use that address to log in from now on.
