Just wondering what, if any, problems everyone has run into with the Whirlpool Cabrio and the Kenmore Oasis washers.

I've gotten a complaint that the clothes come out very, very , very wrinkled. I noticed in the owner's manual that it instructs you to take the clothes out immediately after the cycle is finished.

This same customer also complains that the machine is not cleaning her clothes, especially bigger loads such as jeans. She feels that the machine is not putting enough water into the basket. I advised her to use the bulky items cycle. I also explained that this machine will not fill up with water, however the clothes should come out clean.

I'm going to go out and check this machine out in a few days, so I was just wanting to see if anyone else has run into anything similar.

I've been through a training seminar on these, we sold a handful of these already and absolutely no problems to write of so far. These are supposed to be a very reliable machine.
