What does error message "Low Press Control Open--Circ one" means. I maintain a winery--before I call out a Trane Tech for mucho dollars,  can anyone tell me what might be going on here?

Low Pressure Circuit Open means that the temp/pressure of the refrigerant in the system is below a certain cut out level.  Here a few possibilities:

Lack of refrigerant

Light load on the system (not much heat to be moved out of the controlled space)

Liquid line drier may be clogged - restricting refrigerant

Expansion valve powerhead may have lost its charge

Obstruction before expansion valve (filter drier, foreign debris, crimped line)

Low water flow (clogged strainers, defective water pump/impeller)

Some of this you can nose around and check for yourself, some of it you will definitely need to call out a Tech (Trane or otherwise).  The Trane Boys do good work; however, they are not the only ones who know how to work on that kind of equipment.  Shop around.

Thanks. It's likely light load. With mild spring time temps I'm only cooling one 75' x 30' room with 16' walls and R30 insulation.
