THANKS FOR SERVICE BULLENTIN.  MUCH HELP.

I HAVE NOT BEENABLE TO SET UP AN AOL E-MAIL ACCOUNT (I think their system is down or something, cannnot process at this  time).  Are there an alternitive?

Unfortunately, the access rules requiring an AOL email account comes from Xdrive, not me.  It's a new policy that Xdrive initiated after they were taken over by AOL.  Hmmm, wonder why....?

Give it a day or so, they'll be back up.

I am having trouble accessing the x-drive files.  I have set an AOL account.  The Samuria has linked me the link,  it takes me to x-drive setup, asks for password,  I give it my AOL user name and password, it takes me to singup, asks for name and address which I give, then gives me this at the bottom of page.  Can anyone that has been through this tell me what I'm doing wrong?

P.S.  I failed the  "are you smarter than a fifth grader test" so be easy on me.

UPDATE:

My daughter just logged on to xdrive using my AOL account.

She has dial up, I have DSL. 

 What could be causing my computer to not allow me to log on?

(popup blocker,security settings, browser?)

Popup blocker would cause a problem, the main screen of X-drive after logging in is a new pop-up screen.

Thanks Willie, last night I figured it out.  I had to hold down the ctrl key when I logged in and it worked.  Got up this morning and tried it that way and it wouldnt work.  Tried it without holding ctrl key and it worked. Maybe this can help the next person out.
