Defrost drain pan clogged, can this be acessed from inside panel in frezzer or does this monster need to be pulled out ...?

Here's the breakdown diagram.  The drain tube is item #5603.  You should be able to access it from inside the freezer compartment. You'll need to empty the freezer and remove panels to get to it.

Is it just the diagram that makes the evaporator coil look like its mounted inside the freezer section..? The unit i looked at had the coil mounted on the top of the freezer on the outside encased in sheet metal ... with the compressor mounted next to it...I did notice the panel inside top but wasnt sure of being able to get at the drain from the bottom...Thanxs

The coil you're referring to-- up top next to the compressor-- is the condensing coil, also referred to as the condenser. The coil in the freezer is the evaporator coil. The former gets hot and cruddy; the latter is cold and frosty. The diagram is shows it correctly.
