Been having a problem can't seem to figure it out any suggestions?  On the computer display on the refrigerator control panel, freezer reading is 0 degrees refrigerator reads 28 degrees try to reset refrigerator temp to 37 degrees required normally then the refrigerator stays on 28-30 degrees freezing the liquids in the refrigerator could the control panel be defective?  The M# is PS123SGMDBS S# AD413992

Can't find your M# on Sears but if the air flow control for the fridge side looks like this the damper door is probably broken. The picture shows it upside down. You'll need to replace the whole air inlet assembly if the damper is broken.
