Sears chest freeer 253.14592 101 display CE error

This Kenmore model 253.14592 101 ( really a "Free-gid-air" ) chest freezer is showing a "CE" error in the display and beeping.  I have changed out the main electronics board, the relay controller on the compressor and checked the thermister ohms ( it was good and varied when I held it in my hand ). The compressor runs constantly despite whatever temperature setting is chosen. This is the third time since the fridge was bought 2 years ago that something major has broken and needed some sort of repair.  First time was a broken electronics board, second time was a bad compressor relay.  Is there some kind of lemon law that covers this? I cannot find anywhere what this "CE" error means and I am tempted to replace the entire electronics with a more reliable mechanical thermostat.  Thanks for any help.

It was my adverture with this same piece of junk you have.

Don't know what the "CE" stands for, couldn't find any real good info on these even under Frididaire, (it might mean, communication error).

CE is communication error, check the wires from the door that go to the main board, the are quite often kinked by the toe plate or damaged by delivery guys that remove the door to get it in a house
