Working on a GE Fridge Mod #GTS22ICMARCC.....Evap fan not running....Evap coil frost build up....Replaced Evap fan......Still not working......What is the best way to test for power from main board.....No wireing diagram.....Compressor fan working fine...Ive noticed power to compressor fan 12 v lead also feeding off 12v from board to evap fan...Is it possible to do a voltage test off board from the 12v(red wire) pin to com (white wire)pin from evap fan connector...Or is there a easyier way to go....The main board is WR55x10151...

The tech sheet in this post should have everything you need to check it out.  Usually, when the evap motor goes on these, it takes the mutha board with it.

So basically the Matha board controls when the evap fan is turned on or off...?

That and everything else in this overblown excuse of a refrigerator.  Have you checked the voltage to the fan?

Thats what i was gettin at with this post...The board in the dia you ref to is different than the board im working on....The 12volt power is also tied into the compressor fan and it works....What i did is put a meter between pin #1 and the third pin from bottom on j2.....red and white going to fan ...and did get a reading.....Thats why i tried replacing the fan.....Is there any way to test that fan by itself.....Im thikin maybe the new fan is waxed right outta the box....Thanks

What was that reading?  Was it 12vdc?  If you weren't getting that, then you had what we professionals call "junk voltage."

Here's an early Quanza present for you:
