Bosch Nexxt Platinum Washer WFMC640SUC dis-assembly

I picked up up a scratch and dent unit of the above Bosch Nexxt Platinum washer for $500 and it is brand new. Looks to me like someone in a warehouse hit it with a loaded pallet and caved in the left front edge/corner, dead in its center. I took the top off last night and peered down into the machine-everything inside is intact and a good distance from  the dented casing. I am trying to pull off the front panel to straighten the dents from the inside, and basically make the machine look decent so I can use it......also some of its feet are missing and I need to replace them. If ll else fails I'll order a cabinet.

At first glance I thought the door might not seal properly, but as it is hung on the face of the unit, and not the side with the damage it seems to seal well enough, plus the inner rubber boot is extensive and I doubt a leak results. We shall see though.

Does the master or any of his pupils have knowledge to aid me in removing said cabinet front? What about replacing the feet? I am at a loss. Perhaps a service manual exists somewhere?

I must bring honor to my family and repair this most excellent find..............

Hi Alex, here're a couple service manuals for this this washer that has everything you need: well-illustrated with good descriptions. Lemme know if you need anything else.

Cool huh Samurai, some people do think they get value for their registration fee, unlike some others we love to hate...:P...yep, Samauri is Da Man....

Ok. Everything is back together. See pic of the damage after "reshaping". My last concern is the door alignment. I have to push the door firmly to get it to seat. I have no way to confirm, save a field test. Perhaps hooking it up outdoors will save me some serious heartache and divorce.

Any ideas? Am I tempting fate by thinking the door is sealed?

I will have to order a new front panel to correct the angle of the door and cosmetic appeal, ultimately. Who has them?

Wow, great job! Your wife should be impressed; I know I am!

Hard to tell from here how to proceed. The part number for the front panel is 243787. Repairclinic doesn't stock it but it looks like S***s does.

I can check there for the feet as well? Have that S***s part number?

But, alas, I hate referring people to S***s, but if RepairClinic doesn't carry the parts, well, what's a besotted Samurai to do?

Any part numbers for the feet?

....found them. part # 605139!

Well post testing..........it leaks slightly. Visible at the bottom left corner, perhaps the door seal is not seated properly? The leak is very small, maybe a cup of water or two about halfway into a cottons cycle. i just went ahead and shut it down, then drained it. Something inside is leaking.

any ideas guys?
