Someone probably has seen this before in the lore of appliantology! Dishwasher has black dots of rubbery like substance on inside tub, mainly on inside door face. Also leaves this gunk on dishes. So what causes this invasion of the pox!

That's mold or mildew.

I thought it mold or mildew was as well.  After scraping some off it is rubbery substance. Warm bleach water will not dissolve it etc. Could a seal in lower unit shred and cause this?

Yeah, not sounding like bio-gookus. Tear down into the sump, bet you'll find something interesting. I woulda posted a diagram but couldn't find anything with the model number you posted.

I've seen some pretty bizarre, nasty stuff in only KA or WP stainless tub dishwashers. Usually a long, hot wash with a cup of bleach gets rid of it all. Run it empty. Wouldn't hurt to tear apart the pump, etc.
