Looking for Software for Field Service

I am looking for software or access database that allows me to put in the cutomers name, job number, mileage driven, status of job, charges, paid and unpaid etc.  Anyone out there have anything like this available?  If not can anyone out there write a  quick access database according to my request?  Thanks
