This drawer is dead. We have identical drawer in shop and have transferred timer and thermostat to the drawer that is dead and still no heat. We have power to timer but will not go to thermostat and heating element. Element test good as well as timer and thermostat. Any ideas how to fire up the warmer?

That's a strange one. Here's the service manual for this unit. I've never worked on one of these so will need to go through the manual myself before I can make any useful suggestions.
