Boy did this machine fix me!  Went out on call.  Tub would not spin.  Easy enough direct drive coupler needs replacing.  Did this, unit worked fine for a few hours then no more.  Went back out, replaced the motor tested the unit worked fine twice then I heard crackling noise in the timer.  Ok replaced the timer, worked fine for 1 cycle then did not work again. Motor started humming and Now it seems to not have any power.  Must have wiring issues don't know but this thing is driving me nuts!  Should have quit right after the motor.  Oh well.  I don't think I am missing anything here.  The door switch omhs out alright.  I checked the home AC outlet and it had thrown a breaker reset this and has good power to the unit.

did you check the capacitor ?

If this machine has a separate agitate/spin speed selector switch, it could be faulty trying to energize both the high and the low winding of the motor at the same time.

Wisdom! Let us attend! Pulse, you can check this by looking at the voltage on the high and low speed windings when the motor is running. If both are getting voltage, then you probably have a bad speed switch as Sublime Master STW suggested; verify with a continuity test on the speed switch contacts.

New cap.  I will check if there is a speed selector switch.  I don't think it has one but will look.
