Ive got this dishwasher and the customer says "it wont do anything,... just flashes the clean light...."

I went to check out the problem and took the bottom panel off and to my suprise and my luck the schematic is missing!!!...lol..this keeps happening to me,...missing schematic!!!...I seem to be getting a lot of K/A stuff lately that is new just out of warranty?...

Im sad to say that I dont know where to start....I pulled the D/W out and did some checks but its hard without the schematic to tell what stuff should read...ie; thermistor,element,ect...I found what I think may be a turbidity sensor? its located right inline with the drain line and it reads "open"  as I said I dont know if it should be open or what because Im missing the schematic...grrrrr...

Any help or tips would be great guys and Gals thanks again,...

Thanks Pegi...Is the little part I found by the drain a turbidity sensor? should it be open?

Rocket, this is usually either a problem in the heater circuit or the motor pump assembly. The board is looking for a temperature rise in the water. It won't see if 1) the heater isn't working 2) the water isn't circulating over the heater. More details in this post:

Hey Pegi.....If the tco thermal fuse (in the heater strip circuit diagram) is open will that cause the blinking light problem? I know from experience with other  Kit aid when the tco goes out the unit is completely dead.....is that the case with this one or not...I cant figure this one out all the components  test fine ie; thermistor, turbidity, element and high limit?????....

I guess Ill put it into "diagnosis cycle service feature" and see what happens...just lost at this point:(
