There is cold water seeping into the carpet at the base of my electric hot water heater, which is a storage tank for the Burnham HWBB system. What should I do, and are there diagrams available? I am savvy with tools and instructions.

about the only thing you can do is replace your hot water heater :(

...and that is just what I did, Sublime Master, with a similar Rheem unit, and all has returned to a state of peaceful bliss...
