looking some tech info on a Jenn Air gas wall oven m#JGW8130DDG

Like I mentioned before I'm changing this wall oven to Propane,...I just recieved a contract with a local appliance warehouse to handle all their  extended warranty claims and this is the first job, apparently this was installed and "its never worked right" thats all I know so far,...the fellow I talked to at the Appliance store (warranty claim guy) suspected this was the problem "seen it before" kind of thing he said..lol....waiting for more info to contact the customer for the actual problems..lol......just wondering where I would get some service technician help ie; service manuals,schematics,updates,recalls,ect...

Thanks again! That PDF is exactly what I was after...have you ever had to change one of these to propane?...Its another service call that requires me putting my boat in the water (lake)..The house is on a lake with only water access by boat...lol..just want to make sure I have all the parts and tools I need...
