No Heat coming from Carrier Model#50VQA042F MC301

Two days ago the unit stopped blowing warm air. I called in the HVAC maintenance guys to take a look. All they did was to replace the filter and it seemed to work that day (I was working and not home when they came in). Of course they sent me a bill right away.

I guess the joke is on me. I came home tonight to find out that there is again no heat coming from the vents and it is freezing tonight (19F). I don't know why it worked for one day and now it is not working at all. It is the weekend and I'm sure I won't be able get anyone to come out to check the unit. Here is the unit info: Carrier Model#50VQA042F MC301. Please help.

go outside and look at the unit and see if there is a little reset button on the back. If there is and you press it and the unit comes on then you will need to have the condensor coils cleaned.
