Looking for service manual on this unit. Is this unit any different than the GWL 10 or 11 mechanically? This one is said to have a loud noise when washing, any insight would help.

The model number was GWL11, not GWL15. I didn't find any mechanical problems that I could see, only a squeaky noise on the first part of the was cycle. This costumer has very hard water, so I advised her to use "Iron out"or some similar product. Hope this takes care of the problem, or at least expose it more. If any one has info on problems with this model, please let me know.
