I notice that alot of people use other company ignitors due to the fact that can't get Viking parts, or they are not a Viking range corp service company.

Warrior, I have no issue with a Tech offering the customer the choice. Each business has the right to do that, I don't nor do I advise my trainees to do so either.

But this is America! Freedom of choice :cheers:
