Panasonic microwave m#nn-s512wf....starts,stops,buzzes,gets hot...

Ive got a customers microwave its the first one Ive looked at since I went to appliance school.....lol...

Im really stumped cause I cant remember what I was taught...lol..

The problem is ,...you turn on the microwave and it runs for 2-3 seconds with a clicking coming from the magnetron then shuts off...Ive checked all the switches all good,...As I was testing the condition changed now it runs now with out shutting off, but the magnetron REALLY  buzzes now!!! and the magnetron gets really hot!!!

I think the magnetron has had it....what do you guys think?...
