Lennox G51MP Error Code

I own a lennox furnace that was installed last winter.  I had no problems with it the first year of use but it has been giving me problems this winter.  I am having to CONSTANTLY reset the unit.  It will usually run properly for 2-5 cycles between resets.  First, the error code it is giving me is red led OFF - green led SLOW FLASH.  Description of what the unit is doing is this....  It will properly fire when the unit calls for heat.  When the house reaches the temperature the gas will turn off and a short while later (30-45 sec) the blower motor turns off.  But the combustion air inducer motor stays running.  When the unit calls for heat again, I get no gas and the code flashes.  The inducer motor will run until I reset the unit.  So far I've checked the two pressure switches and they are opening and closing properly.  I've checked the inlet and exhaust vents and they are clear as good as I can tell.  There is water flowing through the condensate line and no water sounds like it is in the inducer fan.  I would really appreciate if someone could help on this problem!

"DS1 off, DS2 slow flash, it was the K3 relay on the Surelight board sticking, keeping the inducer fan running between cycles."

You'll need a new control board. I have replaced 2 (2 different systems) for the same reason.
