Sears tech told the lady her washer is shaking in spin cycle due to misload. She washed 6 large beach towels and machine shakes violently in spin sometimes but not all the time. Ran diagnostic dance and no error codes.  Anyone danced with the out of balance Oasis? Need some ideas!!

No evident damage. Good solid tile floor

there is a serv flash for repeated UL  [unbalanced load]  put its caused by washing items that trap water like sleeping bags...the ones ive seen dont actually shake but display UL. these machines are usually very stable and have 2 balance rings.. the repair is update software  ..

Thanks for the info Customer has decided to get sears to deal with problem due to machine only 16 months old
