Sorry I posted in the wrong forum! I have a customers fridge that is cooling but the cabinet walls inside and out are very hot to the touch. Do these have a loop in cabinet wall that could cause this. These boxes are a pain but we get one from time to time. Any help much appreciated.:yikes:  Also any troubleshooting/service manuals anywhere. I tried to access thru service matters and only get schematics no codes diagnostic program etc

make sure condensor is clean and condensor fan is running

I have a RS2533SW service manual 6  MB

OR there's a RS26*** service manual online 21 MB
