Whirlpool Model # GD5SHAXNS00

I have a Whirlpool In Door Ice System with a intermittent problem that I can't put my finger on.  The optics are working fine, but the problem I'm having is in the harvest cycle.  I've been their two times now and upon arrival the fingers were stopped in the 4 0clock and the 8 0clock positions with ice in the IM both times.  I pulled out the IM and defrosted the ice out of the tray, and returned it to the freezer and the fingers start to move, water valve opens and fills the tray and fingers come to rest at the 2 0clock position.  I have continuity thru the heating element so I believe that it's okay.  I have continuity thru  all of the leads of the wiring harness.

Is that the thermostat or fuse that is in the wiring harness???  I'm guessing that the thermostat or motor might be my problem? Any input would be appreciated!!

No, I did not have that.  That has all of the answers to many of the questions that I had.

They make it sound like it is easy to test the module!   Grant it, they have all of the test points, which would be right in front on my IM at home, but the IM that I'm working on goes across the front of the freezer and the module is facing the cabinet wall.  You have to be Gumby with extra hands to make this work and test it at the same time!

Thanks for the info!
