water freezing when it enters ice maker water cup. I had this problem in some older models, but this seems a little different. Some WP mod. needed Part # W10130482 insulation, does anyone have info regarding this mod. and problem. I plan to try this part hope it works.

I'm not familiar with this and not finding any Whirlpool tech memos about it, either. Can't find a picture of the part you're planning on using, either.

Thanks for the info, I was looking for this part number, but I also found that the low water pressure (well pressure ) was keeping the water valve dripping. The valve tested good. The next step was to call a plumber. I also did make my own water gauge to test the water pressure in the future.
