X Drive assistance

When I log into my X Drive account and try to open a document I keep getting the same message no matter what document I try to open.

It says; Adobe reader could not open because it is not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged.

I down loaded Adobe Reader 9.0 and I still get the same message.  This is a brand new PC running XP.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Wan

Part of the problem may be that Xdrive took a dump on me and lost all my files. After wrasslin' with 'em for several weeks, I finally cancelled my account with them. But, all is not lost! Lemme know what manual you're looking for and I'll find it fer ya.

I don't need anything at this time, but it is a great resource to have access to.  Any idea if we are going to be able to use it again or is this resource gone for good?

Xdrive is gone for god, as far as I'm concerned. They use to be awesome "back in the day" before AnalOL took 'em over. Steep decline in reliability and tech support since then. The last straw was when they did a big "WHOOPS!" on all my files. I'm currently scouting out for another secure file storage system. If anyone has I dears, I'm all rears!
